Which areas do you collect and deliver to?
We collect and deliver free of charge across North & Northwest London. Other areas of London and the UK can often be arranged – just ask.
Do you clean fitted carpets?
No — we specialise exclusively in rugs and hand-tufted rugs, not fitted carpet cleaning.
What rug services does Rug Revival offer?
Deep dust extraction, hand-cleaning, stain and odour treatment, structural repair, and edge and fringe binding for Persian, Turkish, Oriental, European and modern designer rugs and kilims, in silk, wool and synthetic fibres.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your rug’s size, origin, material and dye, so we provide a free quote once we know a little about your rug rather than a fixed price list.
How long will my rug take?
Cleaning usually takes around a week (longer if stain or odour treatment is needed). Repairs depend on the extent of the damage — small jobs typically take 7–10 days.
Do you clean silk and antique rugs?
Yes – we work with Persian, Turkish, Oriental, European and modern designer rugs and kilims, across silk, wool and synthetic fibres, including heirloom pieces.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
If what was promised at collection isn’t delivered, we’ll put it right and try again at no extra charge
Can you help with an insurance claim for a damaged rug?
Yes, we can provide documentation to support insurance claims for damaged or restored rugs.
Can I get my rug collected outside North & Northwest London?
Our free collection area is North & Northwest London. If you’re elsewhere in London or the UK, get in touch – arrangements can often be made.
Who works on my rug?
Rug Revival is a small, family-rooted team with 30 years in the trade and a master-weaver background, working from our North London workshop.
